Ingredients:
- 1 box 3
- 9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped dried cherries
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda
In another large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, and beat until well combined
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined
Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips and chopped dried cherries
Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
