Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
A 9x9-inch baking pan should be greased
Follow the directions on the brownie mix package to make it, and then pour half of the batter into the pan that has been prepared
Mix powdered sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, salt, and peanut butter in a bowl until the mixture is smooth
Put the peanut butter mixture on top of the brownie batter in the pan and spread it out evenly
Spread the rest of the brownie batter out evenly over the peanut butter layer as you pour it on top
In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Let the brownies cool all the way in the pan
Warm the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it just starts to boil
Take it off the heat and add the chocolate chips
Mix everything together until its smooth and creamy
Once the brownies are cool, spread the chocolate ganache on top of them
Put the brownies in the fridge for at least an hour before cutting them up and serving them
