A quick and tasty chicken curry that is easy to make in a pressure cooker. This is great for a hearty meal
Ingredients:

- 5 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Turn on the pressure cooker and select the Saute function
Add oil and saut onions until golden brown
Add ginger-garlic paste and saut for another minute
Add chicken pieces and brown them on all sides
Stir in tomatoes, yogurt, garam masala, curry powder, turmeric, chili powder, and salt
Pour in water and deglaze the bottom of the cooker
Close the lid, set the pressure cooker to Manual for 10 minutes
Once done, release the pressure naturally for 5 minutes, then do a quick release
Open the lid, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot
