Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and diced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Popsicle sticks
Instructions:
Put strawberries, cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender
Mix until its smooth
Using a measuring cup, pour half of the mixture into each popsicle mold
Put a popsicle stick into each mold and freeze for an hour, or until the popsicles are just barely firm
In the meantime, melt the chocolate and mix the graham cracker crumbs together in a small bowl
Take the popsicle molds out of the freezer and cover the tops of the popsicles with melted chocolate
Graham cracker crumbs should be put on top of the chocolate layer
The popsicles should stay frozen until they are completely hard, which should take about 4 to 6 hours or overnight
Make sure to take the popsicles out of the molds carefully once they are frozen
