You can change up your chicken tacos by adding four different kinds of toppings. Great for making a meal that fits your needs and that everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions:
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken and stir well to coat
Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave
Fill each tortilla with cooked chicken
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro as desired
Squeeze lime juice over the tacos before serving
Repeat with different toppings for each set of tacos
