Ingredients:
- 1 can 16
- 3 oz refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C
Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters
In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit quarters, pizza sauce, 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, and onions
Mix well to coat everything evenly
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top
Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder evenly over the cheese
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick if desired
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing
Garnish with fresh basil leaves if you like
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Bubble Up Pizza
