Post Workout Recovery Shake

This Post Workout Recovery Shake is packed with protein, antioxidants, and essential nutrients to help your body recover and refuel after a tough workout. Its a delicious and refreshing way to replenish your energy levels and support muscle recovery.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Peel and slice the ripe banana

In a blender, combine the banana slices, frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, honey, almond milk, and ground cinnamon

If desired, add a few ice cubes for a colder and thicker consistency

Blend everything on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, typically for about 1-2 minutes
